Full Server

Backup and protect anything, from an entire server and workstation to a few folders or documents. Minimal intervention allows your employees to use the network while the backup is being completed.

Cloud

One of the most popular backup options; cloud backups store your data offsite in the cloud and allows you to restore your data to any recovery point. Centralized, end-to-end encryption ensures your data will be secure.

Hybrid

Utilizing the security of the cloud and the reliability of onsite backups, hybrid backups are the go-to option for business owners. If your onsite backup fails or is compromised, simply backup via the cloud.

Will all my data be recovered?

So long as the data has not been overwritten, we will be able to recover your lost data. However, the longer you wait to begin the recovery, the likelihood of retrieving all of your lost data decreases.

What do you mean by overwriting?

Overwriting simply means your computer has replaced old data with new data. On hard disk drives, data is stored magnetically. When data gets overwritten, the magnetic domains on the hard disk drive are re-magnetized. For example, let’s say you have a file named File(1). If you create another file, also name File(1), the newest file will ask to overwrite the old one. The same goes for storage in your computer. When new data is created, it replaced the old data.

How long will deleted files stay on my computer?

There is no limit, your files will stay on the drive until new data overwrites it. We suggest recovering them as soon as possible to avoid the data being overwritten and limiting the use on that device until the data is restored.

What is ransomware?

Ransomware is a type of malware that prevents users from accessing their computer, either by locking the screen or files, until a ransom is paid. Hackers access your computer remotely and threaten to delete or publish your data unless you pay a ransom through an online payment method. If you are a victim of ransomware, do not pay to get your computer or files unlocked. Contact your preferred IT professionals and ask about recovery options.
