Must Have for your Business – Free Google Business Profile

Why is a Google Business Profile Listing Critical to your Business?

Google is the world’s largest search engine

It’s no secret that Google is the world’s largest search engine, but do we understand by just how much? As of 2024, Google controls 92% of the global search engine market share. It is estimated that 1.7 billion people use Google every day, assuming that the average person searches Google four times a day. A staggering 8.5 billion searches occur daily on Google. That is roughly 99,000 searches per second! To put into perspective, Google’s runner up, Bing, only controls 3.31% of the global search engine market share with merely 100 million daily users. That’s nothing to sneeze at, of course, but where is your business faced with more opportunity? Google, of course.

Creating a Google Business Profile (GBP) is a must for any business big or small. It literally puts your business on the map for the world to see. When making the decision to get serious about starting your business, a GBP should be one of, if not, the first step. The very best part? It’s FREE.

You may be asking yourself, “Ok, how do I get started?”. It’s simple.
