Our technicians will work to fix your electronics to the best of our abilities. If we deem a computer repair will be more costly than purchasing a new device, we will make sure to notify you before proceeding with any repair.
Fortunately, we offer a free diagnostic for all in-shop repairs so that our technicians can diagnose the issue and provide you with an obligation-free quote.
How much will it cost for my computer repair?
Our quoting system works off of an hourly rate of $89/hr. Until we see your device and diagnose the issue, it is hard to say for sure exactly how much your repair could cost.
We offer a free diagnostic for all in-shop repairs and provide you with an obligation-free quote. Our standard turnaround time is between 3-5 days.
I'm in a hurry. Is there any way to speed up the process?
We know how important your device is. Sometimes you need the repair to be completed quicker than normal. In these cases we do offer an expedite option.
For a small fee of $37.10 after tax, we can prioritize your device ahead of others in our queue and have an estimate typically ready for you within 48 hours.
Will I lose my pictures and personal files when you reinstall my OS?
Software and programs cannot be backed up, however, they can be reinstalled if the software can be provided by you or is available freely for download.
I'm unable to come to you. Will you come to my home or business?
Yes we can! We offer on-location computer repair services for your home and business starting as low as $99/hr*. We also offer Delivery & Setup for those individuals who purchase items from us or brought their computer in for in-shop service. For the small fee of $69*, we can have a technician deliver and set up the computer for you.
* Depending on the distance of your location to ours, a small travel charge may be required.
I keep hearing about remote support. What is that?
Most individuals aren’t aware that a lot of computer repair issues can be resolved without even needing to unhook your device. You shouldn’t have to be bothered with the inconvenience of disconnecting and delivering the computer to us. With remote support, our trained technicians can log into your computer from our help desk and fix most of the issues your computer may face.
We also offer protection plans that include unlimited remote support.
